At Global Business Listing Directory, we strive to ensure a transparent and reliable experience for both our business partners and their customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for services and products purchased through our platform.
1. Business Directory & Subscription Services
This section applies to businesses that purchase premium listings, advertisements, or subscription packages on our directory.
Eligibility for Refund: *Refund requests for premium listings must be submitted within 24-48 hours of the initial purchase.
Once a listing has been verified, optimized, and set live on the directory, the service is considered "rendered," and fees are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation of Subscriptions:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Merchant Dashboard.
Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of a current billing period.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: * Fees are non-refundable if a listing is suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., providing fraudulent information or prohibited content).
2. Product Sales (Selling Platform)
This section applies to customers who purchase physical or digital goods from sellers listed on our platform.
Seller-Specific Policies: As a multi-seller platform, each merchant may have their own specific return and refund rules. However, all sellers must adhere to our baseline consumer protection standards.
Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. customized items, and digital downloads are generally exempt from returns unless they arrive defective.
Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the description on the listing, you are entitled to a full refund t. You must provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Method of Refund: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI).
Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will takes 5 to 7 business days to processed and credited in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Deductions: Please note that transaction fees charged by payment gateways or shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the seller’s part.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders" or "My Subscriptions."
Select the item/service and click "Request Refund."
